I'm not sure!  This is an ART, not a science.  We endeavor to finish models in a timely fashion (8-12 weeks) but certain models will take longer!  Maybe the silver belly line needs adjusting, or the tail decal doesn't quite fit right - and we need more time to get it Just Right for you.  Please, be patient!

Yes.  Sometimes.  If you need it delivered by a certain day, please indicate this at the time of your order.  This way we can evaluate the schedule and let you know if we're able to make the date.  If we can't, at least you'll know right up front.

You can always present a Gift Certificate, too!

Yes, we do this for the airframe manufacturers all the time.   Realize it is more expensive.  We also have the resources to get a blank model we don't have a mold of (sometimes via The Airplane Shop).  Or, we can re-paint a model you send us.

The desk top sizes are cast in poly-urethane resin.  The large displays are typically fiberglass, or combinations of resin/fiberglass.  Premium automotive and even aircraft paints provide years of flawless protection and color-fastness.

Chrome is an optional finish that is available for any model we do.  They are quoted as requested.  You can request a specific quote here.

We can do them on a variety, but not all.  Please send us a note about a specific airplane.

You mean like antennas, windshield wipers, static wicks, and working lights?  Yes, they are options we offer.   Send us an email.

Because what we do is ART and not a science, we do not want to hold your money if there is a delay.  We will charge your card the day it's ready to ship.  If you ordered online, you will receive an email with tracking info within 24hrs.

The best answer is yes, though on occasion there are exceptions.  On a side note, it's much easier to let us handle gluing broken parts - super glue is tough to sand off!
