How long until I receive my order?
If your order is from the first page of our store and we have the model in-stock, then you can expect it to ship in just a few days.  Otherwise, it takes 4-6 weeks for us to pour, assemble, mask, paint, decal, and clear coat your model. Please be aware that chromed models, and certain others may take longer. We endeavor to contact you in the event of a delay, but feel free to call and check your order status.

What are Atlantic-Models made of?
Our airplane models are built from poly-urethane resin – not wood – so they will maintain their pristine finish for decades to come.  The paint and decals we use are UV protected so the colors won’t ever fade.

How do I order a model or paint scheme not listed in your catalog?
Our in-house graphics team and printing capabilities afford us the ability to produce custom, one-of-a-kind models for our customers. We add between 30 and 50 new schemes to our line annually, and don't always have the time to update our list online. Contact us with your request, and we'll reply with a quote.

How will you pack my order to ensure it arrives safely?
Because we manufacture so many different airplanes and scales, each one is hand-packed in dense foam and double-walled cardboard boxes. We have tested many, many methods over the years and are confident your model will arrive intact.

Should your model arrive broken, contact us immediately for a return label, and we will rectify the situation with as little inconvenience as possible.
